Your account is set up, but your inmate needs to send a Corrlinks invitation to connect@corlichat.com before messages can flow. Here is what to do:

  1. Tell your inmate to add connect@corlichat.com as an approved contact on Corrlinks.
  2. Corrlinks sends an invitation code to our team.
  3. We accept the invitation and activate your chat. Usually within 1–2 days.
  4. Include your unique ID CORLI-XXXX in any message your inmate sends so we can route it to you.

For AI questions

They type @ai followed by any question — works in the subject or anywhere in the body. The answer comes straight back to their Corrlinks inbox.
